I'm not in your city. Does that matter?
Not at all — we work with local businesses anywhere in the world.
Everything happens over WhatsApp, email and a shared folder. You
film simple clips on your phone using the shot list we send, and
we handle the rest. Most of our clients have never met us in
person.
What if I have no footage at all?
That's normal. We send you a shot list — a simple, numbered list
of clips to film on your phone, usually 10 to 15 minutes of work.
If filming really isn't possible, we can build a video from
photos, stock footage and motion graphics instead.
How fast will I get my video?
First cut within seven days of receiving your material.
Revisions usually turn around in 48 hours. If you need something
faster for a launch or an event, tell us on the call — rush
delivery is available.
Do you post the videos for me?
Yes, from the Signature package upward. We write the caption and
hashtags and publish at the best time for your audience. If you'd
rather keep control of your accounts, we'll just send you the
finished file and the caption to paste in.
What if I don't like the video?
Revisions are included in every package — one round on Spark, two
on Signature, unlimited on Studio. We also agree the concept with
you before editing starts, so there are no big surprises at the
end.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There's no retainer and no minimum term. You pay per video,
and you decide each time whether to order another. That's the
whole point of how we price it.
Will this actually get me customers?
Good video gets you reach and attention — that's what we can
control and what we're accountable for. Turning that into paying
customers also depends on your offer, your prices and your
service. We'll be honest with you on the call about what video
can and can't fix.
